I arranged a move and transfer for last Saturday when I moved house, unfortunatley there was a mistake and the engineer arrived to carry out a repair rather than a move.
I have now moved house and have been left with no services at all and need Broadband in particular for home working. The engineer had made notes on the call to this end to try and fast track the install. I have all the equipment ready at the new address.
Could someone help on this or put me in touch with someone who can.
