M63 message

HI

just moved house and had Virgin Media installed in new place.  Beginning to wish I had not.

theres a problem out with the house due to signal so that will be fixed next week

problem now is M63 error.   I’m meant to have the full package but can only get BBC1, ITV and Ch5.

can someone fix this account issue please? The call centre is not working

Hi Eandm2006,

The problem you have is that the virtual smart card (this tells the box what channels to allow etc.) isnt paired to your box.

If you go onto our Connect app there is a Live chat facility, you should be able to get somebody to send the relevant activation codes to the box and get your channels working.
