The product called "M125 Fiber Broadband", which I purchased on August 30, 2023, was not delivered. Why was this product not delivered even though it has been 8 days?

My order still hasn't been delivered to me. I couldn't understand what kind of company it was.
It is a customer service rule that you say you are sorry, but it does not solve my grievance.
Please produce a solution.
