Loyalty bonus ended but cant contact to renegotiate??

I normally go on live chat to negotiate a discount on my package or change my package but unfortunately its not currently available due to the current corona crisis.

My loyalty bonus (2 parts) has expired and the other is due to end May, I think, and I wanted to see if there is a discount that can be applied to the account.

Any help would be really appreciated.

VM has disbanded the dept for discounts/retentions etc, expect no deals this year. VM will probably go bust soon with all these customers leaving. I leave VM tomorrow.
