Loyalty Team

I was contacted by the lotalty team yesterday (by James i belive), he tried to persude me to not cancel, offering a better deal.

He promised to send a text, that if i replied YES to, they would contact me back, otherwise, my cancelation date would stand.

As i expected (from a communication company lol), no text has been sent.

How do i contact them ????????

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post to our forums - sorry that you have not received our text message in regard to your package deal. 

 

I have been able to locate your services from your forum information and I can see that the communication was sent to the contact mobile number we have listed on the system - I am sorry that you have not received it. 

 

This offer is still listed on your account so if you give us a ring on 150/03454541111 and select option 4 from the main cable menu and then option 4 again - the team can reload the offer and apply of you're still interested.
