Loyalty Discount not applied?

Hello, oke so yesterday I checked the website to see if I could get an upgrade since I got an email saying about being out of contract.

I checked the website and there was an re-contract upgrade offer with a Loyalty Discount of £29 for 18 months, which meant the price I was paying now would have only gone up by £4.50 supposed to £3.50 it would have in April so I took the upgrade and ordered it.

Now here's where it gets problematic, the order email said that it would be £77 a month for 18 months then moving up to £106 after, though today I got the new contract and nowhere at all is that £29 Loyalty Discount applied! Why is this? I took this opitunity to upgrade knowing that I would only be paying £77 a month for the TV included but now I feel ripped off.

I'm Atuistic so this has really put me into a stressed mood.

I have tried phoning to no luck, same with the text service.

Is there anything can anyone can do??

Okay so it says there is a discount applied but still shows full price?

Should I continue to worry or not? I think it's standard to show that right?

thats correct

the package cost is the full amount and the discounts listed will be removed before billed

So if the monthly cost is £100
discount is £50
you will pay £50

Hi @Varcarus , thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

I am sorry for any confusion around your monthly package price. The fantastic @apcyberax has advised you completely correctly.  The only thing I can really add is, please bear in mind if your new monthly fee is higher than previously, then there will be some pro rated charges applied on your first bill after the activation of the new package.
