Lowering contract price.

My bill has now gone to £83 a month......think a year ago this was down at £50!!

I’ve tried the text service which then puts me onto the retentions but I have been cut off twice now after ages on the phone!!!

There are are no offers on the web page for existing customers so finding it nearly impossible to change without leaving. I have a good offer from Sky but would prefer to stay with Virgin as have been with them for years but they are making it nearly impossible to do anything!!

Can somebody help as I’m at my wits end trying to sort and now just feel like cancelling altogether!!

A new customer can have a deal but a loyal is discounted.....how can that be fair!!!

Hi Nammanc

You can call  150 from your Virgin landline, and ask to speak retentions, or you can call 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
