Looks like your service has been temporarily disconnected

Hello all,

I have had 1GB virgin for approximately 10 days, It has been down for 7 days..

I keep seeing the message "

Broadband

There's a broadband issue in ------------

Thanks for your patience while we work to fix things as quick as we can.

You've registered that an area fault causing a loss of broadband service is affecting you

We hope to fix this by 2 February at 1:25

"

This date and time has been changing everyday with no foresight, I've spent hours on hold on live chat and phone and still haven't spoken to anyone...

Does anyone have a solution for this ?

Re: Looks like your service has been temporarily disconnected

Hi Travis,

It’s not going well as a new customer, I’ve only had the broadband for a few days and it’s been down for all of them…. Any advice ?
