I had the same Virginmedia account for over 12 years, including my Email address.
For the last month, all of a sudden it became IMPOSSIBLE to log into My Virginmedia,
my Email or what ever else. What ever I try, it say: Log in name (ie, Emaail address) not recognised ! ! !
(I just managed to register on this community thing, re-using my usual log in details) BUT ,
passing to Email, it does the same old thing, ask to sign in and refuse to accept my log in details.
What the hell is going on ?????

Well, when I go to "Forgot Password", the site ask me to re-enter my Email address and I end up with the same thing.
"email address not recognised" !
And I do still have an active Email at Virginmedia.
Emails I sent and receive using virginmedia.com pass through without problems.
I just cannot log into virginmedia mail on the site. Some Emails I expect from odd sources,
like the occasional booking for Car rental, Hotel room rental and so on are filtered by Virginmedia and sent to the Junk Folder
Since I cannot access the site, I cannot retrieve those Emails and it is becoming a major problem !
