Hello
Unable to log into account - I have a password that is saved and it does not work. If I try password reset it says my email address is not recognised. This despite getting emails from Virgin media to the email address I am using.
Am using Chrome browser but have tried in Safari too and from my mobile phone.
Any help greatly appreciated.

To resolve this issue, you can try resetting your password via MyVM online and see if this helps (following the steps on our page above).
If your username (email) for this account is not being recognised when you select the option 'Forgot Password' can you try 'Forgot my email' instead and see what info comes up and if the email registered is the same?
