Logging in to My Virgin Media

Hi,

We're aware some customers with usernames containing a non-Virgin Media domain (e.g. @gmail.com, @outlook.com etc) are having trouble signing in to My Virgin Media currently.

Our team are currently working to resolve this issue, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

Hi

I am having trouble signing in and I signed up by making a brand new virgin media email account so my username is a virgin media domain. It therefore doesn't seem to be a problem with just non virgin media domains. 

I could only sign up this way, I couldn't sign up using my existing email address as this wouldn't work in the system. 

I was hoping to change my install date as we are moving into our new house a week earlier than planned but I also struggled to get through on the phone. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Any idea when this will be fixed? If it’s s known issue why is it not listed as such when you check server status, would be easier for customers to track progress if it was

**UPDATE**

Hi,

We are still working on resolving this issue with our IT teams. Sorry for the length of time this is taking to fix and for the inconvenience it is causing.

Hey, so I am also having this issue of not being able to log in to my account. I recently became a new customer and want to check on installation dates etc online. Any help?
