My daughter has locked herself out of her phone, unfortunately we have mislaid the box with all the set up details. Apple need to confirm the phone belongs to us and need information from virgin, apparently an email with order number, phone number, IMEI number and description of phone is Not enough and they won’t put me through to their legal team or give me a straight answer as to what else is required. Virgin have been no help either. Anyone any ideas, Thanks
When you say locked out what do you mean ? Has she forgotten the PIN what is on the screen ?
If the phone is PIN locked then I am afraid there is only one solution that that is too wipe the iPhone back to the factory settings. Have a look at https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204306 it shows what is on the screen for PIN locked.
