I was to change my package, and if I log into my Virgin account to do this, all I get are error messages warning me that something has gone wrong, and that I cannot do this on line. So I have postponed BT/Sky Sport, but wish to cancel it, along with the movies. But chat is not available. If we are not to telephone Virgin how can I do this? I need to reduce my bill in this lock down, and no earning, but cannot. This is a bit outrageous!
