Hi, Virgin Media support,
I have a My Virgin Media account, but It is currently linked with an old contract and has been cancelled. I would like to link My Virgin Media account with a new contract, so that I can view the bill online. Please help. Thanks.

There's an IT issue that needs resolving so I have raised it with them now. P010236985 - is your IT reference.
Their timescales are 3-5 days and I'll be in touch when I have heard back from the team

May I know if there is any update? The bill is issued, but it is still linking to the old account, so I can't access it.
I have spoken with John and he has advised he has escalated this with IT - I apologise for any delays.
