Ive been a loyal customer with cable and wireless all the way through to virgin media,
tv, phone, broadband and have just changed my package. Was given all the wonderful talk and promises to get not a thing i asked for. So i should have add 1 gig boadband, new tv box, 3 wifi boosters, no cost and cheaper bill, what i got was 1 gig router, no tv box, no wifi boosters, £35 added to bill one off charge. Got in touch was promised the new tv box in a few days with the boosters and the bill reduced. So tv box turns up no boosters and to top if charged another £25 for upgrading my tv. So now after numerous phone calls and promises bill is still showing all the hidden costs, still not had the boosters. Sick of trying to get this sorted. Anybody who reads this DO NOT STAY WITH VIRGIN MEDIA, all they do is lie and give false promises, the company is a joke to deal with.
