Legal Action against VM

I made a complaint against VM.
Unfortunately, this had to be escalated and the Ombudsman ultimately found in my favour.

A compensation offer was made.
A new subscription offer was also made.
I have now responded to accept the offer 9 times but have been ignored at every attempt.
Trying to contact via webchat and phone have been pointless for reasons anyone on this forum will understand.
The second set top box that I was promised 3 years ago has still not materialised.

I will happily publish the details of the complaint.
However, I would like to give VM one last chance to rectify the issue, by:
1. paying the compensation offered
2. honouring the new deal offered
3. refunding the difference between the new deal value and the amount I actually paid in the 3 months that my responses have been ignored
4. providing a stream box (instead of a second set-top box) as this is what the technician suggested (but which was rejected when he called the office)
