Re: Leaving

Send a recorded delivery letter to them outlying who you are and that you are handing in your 30 day notice. Your 30 day notice will begin the day it’s delivered if sent recorded.

Re: Leaving

Good Morning @Triumphrider

Sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your services.

How are things looking since your original post? Have you managed to speak with our technical support team?

Kind regards,

Zak_M

Re: Leaving

Other than Shafreya on here , no. I just want to leave - ive had enough of poor service, it was off again last week for three days and no explanation as to why. Download speeds are just ridiculous and no where near what i was promised .. im on the 100 mbps package but usually i only get between 10 and 25 mbps..

Re: Leaving

Do you by any change have the address I need to send the letter too.

I'm in the same boat as the original person. I'm on hold as I type this and I'm sure this call is going to cost me the price of a small country. I'm about to hang up after a hour on the line listing to ever god damn song they have on their system. Why can't I just use the freaking online web account page to also leave virgin. Oh no, that would be too easy.

So I would be very grateful for that address please. Seem snail mail is the only way I'm going to succeed in leaving Virgin.

Re: Leaving

Hi mate. I havent got an address to send to yet, i just keep getting fobbed off as if the faults with the broadband are all mine, well theyre not. All i wanted to do was leave and not get charged for leaving as the faults were not mine
