Since my last visit I have had a coupla issues.
Loss of service due to an external problem, I copied the logs from my Router/Modem just in case, and then having the faults team tell me the problem was with my equipment xxxxpletives.
Next I spoke to customer services who apparently promised what they couldn't / wouldn't deliver on my bill.
Just fitted an OpenReach NTE 5c ready for TalkTalk/PlusNet et al to make me an offer I can accept, and after nearly 20 years as a customer of cable/NTL/VM it's bye BYE.

Today 07/04/20 I spoke to VM and it is now apparently sorted.
Until I look at the billing menu.
So now I have something else to clarify, and YES I did cancel and then change my mind after the assurance all was well.
So another phone call etc etc.
