I left VM last month but have just received another bill from them for next month. I thought we paid a month in advance anyway?  When I looked at my bill it has the amount on it but with Cr in front. If its a credit why has it been taken out? I left on 23rd of July last month. Trying to actually speak to a human being from virgin is almost impossible. It's one of the reasons I left to be honest. Can anyone throw to some light on why I've been billed more than a month after leaving?

My god why is it so hard to speak to someone from virgin media. Also been on live chat hold for 2 hours. Appalling company.

1000's of other VM customers in the same situation I assume.
