I have moved away from my old accommodation to a new one that already has broadband inclusive per the rent, since early September. Thus, I will no longer need to use VirginMedia. I am currently on a O2 Volt package under the promotional offer discount (which ends on 9th October), and have been trying unsuccessfully over the last week to notify of my wish to cancel the package and have the request successfully processed, by phone.

The customer service on the phone has been quite a disaster with a cut-off everytime whilst I wait on be connected to the team that does the cancellation process. There is only so much time that I can put out during my daily schedule. Are there any other ways to allow for the cancellation? There really is no need for me to continue service due to the relocation circumstances, thank you
