Does anybody know how to get in contact with Virgin?
There is no support contact email address, no online chat service and the 0345 454 1111 phone number is permanently engaged. I've tried several times over the last few days.
When I signed up, a rep visited my house and then called me before and after installation. It's a different story when you need to contact them. Is this how they stop customers from cancelling?
