Leaving Virgin

Good afternoon everyone
I have a permanency contract that ends in a few days, I have tried to inform Virgin that I do not want to continue being a client after the contract. But I can't find an email to send the communication, they have provided me with a phone number 07533051809 to which I have sent the communication but it does not give you proof of having sent it. Could someone tell me how to do it please, I appreciate any help.

Hi, have you tried contacting Customer Services directly via 150 on your registered device?

If he tried but was unable to speak to a person, after 40 or 60 min waiting the machine continues to respond

Thank you for your post, disconnections id something we do not offer on our forums. I would advise you either cal us on 150/0345 454 1111 option 4 then 4 or text us on +44753 305 1809
