Leaving Virgin media

Hi all,

I finished my contract with Virgin Media and I was asked to return router. Problem is that new tenants sign contract with Virgin and when someone came to install new router he took old one. Now I'm getting email to return old one and they don't answer phones at all.. How to solve this situation with them?

Re: Leaving Virgin media

if it was never scanned back into the system you may be out of luck.
If its not made it back to VM they will only assume you still ahve it or didn't return it.

You can only hope if gets back to VM and scanned back into the system

Re: Leaving Virgin media

Hi Karo,

Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the community forums. Have you been in touch with the team since your post or do you know when the equipment was picked up?

Cheers,

Corey C
