I am moving house and moving to an area that Virgin doesn’t cover. I am wanting to cancel my subscription but can’t seem to find a way to contact them. Does anyone know how I can email them to do this?
I am out of contract and have been very happy with the service that they have provided me and I am disappointed that I can’t take them with me!
dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
That option is not working as when I get through to leaving they say they haven’t got the staff and suggest I go to virginmedia.com/help but there are no options to communicate with them, even the online chat doesn’t want to work. Any other ideas? An email address would be very helpful?
