Recently, my direct debit didn't have enough to pay for my bill. I put money into my account, today at around 12 pm I put my card details in for an online payment to pay for that late bill. When the confirmation for the payment was processing, suddenly the page refreshed and I got a message saying something about 'SORRY'. Well, I got an email confirming the payment and my bank shows a pending transfer of money to virgin media, however, the TV is not loading and my account still indicates a "let's make a payment" button. Please sort this out, I do not want to re-apply and have double the bill taken out of my account.
