Late payment fee added after terminating contract

Could someone from Virgin Media please private message me.

I've just had a late payment fee of £7.50 added to my final bill even though this is paid on time by direct debit every month.

Is this my final punishment for leaving after 34 years as City Fibre have given us FTTP at a vastly faster speed and a lot cheaper cost?

Do I also need to raise a complaint with Ofcom?

Thank you for getting back to me.

The late payment fee of £7.50 has been added to my final bill but it says 'owed from last bill' which is wrong as the correct amount has automatically been taken from my account by direct debit.

Please can you amend my final bill.

You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
