Hello Everyone,
Hope you are all well! Long time lurker (2016), first time poster. I have just been looking at my credit file as I am mid mortgage application and it appears I have a late payment marker on my account. As far as I know I’ve never made a late payment and my account is set up on a direct debit. I’ve had a few issues with the account direct debit in the past. I have tried to call my bank to look into this as I am freaking out. But with the Easter break they’re understandably closed. I had no luck with virgin either, not that I blame them it’s a bank holiday.
what I’ve also noticed is I’ve two credit records set up for virgin and I’ve only broadband.
I was wondering if someone can help explain what’s happened or where this account other account comes in.
Thanks 🙂

Hi greypineapple,
Thanks for posting, and sorry for any confusion regarding the payments and billing.
So I can take a closer look at this for you, I've popped you over a private message (purple envelope, top right hand corner) so I can get a few more details from you.
