I would like to ask if it's possible to receive a refund of late payment fee. I have been a Virgin Media customer for half a year and I once missed a payment (because of holidays :)).

We'd have to advise that if a bill has not been paid in full by the time a new one is generated, then the customer would then be liable to pay a late payment charge of £7.50
It might be worth either making an advanced payment before leaving the country, or exploring the option of a direct debit to assist you with combating issues of this nature in the future
