Hi,
I recently purchased a broadband contract . When I received the contract and went to set up my online account, I realised my last name was spelled incorrectly on the contract (Jofe instead of Jose)
I had to use the incorrect spelling in order to be able to create a my virgin account online. I would like this error to be rectified and my contract updated.
I want to avoid using the "change of name" form since I have not changed my name and this error was seemingly made by Virgin Media's electronic system. But I would like my bill to reflect my true name. Can someone at Virgin change this for me?
I already contacted costumer support a few days ago, but the name still is not correct
