I posted a letter of complaint to Virgin Media at SR43 [REMOVED] on 14th January. There has been no acknowledgement. can you tell me if they received it or working on it or ignoring it

Sorry you have had to send in a letter of complaint.

Was this sent recorded delivery?

If so We do aim to reply to all complaints and offer a resolution with in 28 days of the complaint being logged.

Can we ask what it was regarding?

Would you believe it they have finally responded after11 days. So lets see if they can sort this problem.
