It may take a few days for someone to contact you

As this is a community forum do you want to share the issue and perhaps someone here can provide help

Thought virgin was a communications company? Why two days to reply. I contacted virgin by phone some time in Early May to inform them I was leaving them on my end of contract date 17/06/22. I duly had my new system up and running by the 17th June. Despite several chats since  I am now being charged over £200 for the months of June ,July and August. All I get when I contact Virgin is some agent trying to sell me a new package. There must be a record of my phone calls.

I have several chat transcripts which I will use as evidence when this matter goes to arbitration.

Hi BJ2,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with contacting the team. We can certainly take a look to see if the cancellation has been processed but in order to do that, we will need to confirm some information with you and pass data protection.

I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.

Thanks,

Hi BJ2,

Thanks for coming back to me via private message.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had issues on the phone. When calling, follow the options 1, 4 then 4 again and it should get your through to someone.

As you failed data protection, there really isn't anything I can do to help I'm afraid.

Apologies once again.

Thanks,
