Kit return request.. still waiting

My contract has ended with Virgin and I made a return kit request. It's now been a week or so and nothings happened. Just a letter with a final bill credit and the threat that if I don't return the kit I'll be charged for it. 

I've made a 2nd kit return request. Any chance it could be actioned?

When did you order this? It can take between 7-10 working days to arrive.
