Kit collectiom

I've left Virgin. I booked collection of kit equipment - hub 3.0 and TiVo 1tb box plus remote a couple of weeks ago, and it was also reconfirmed yesterday via email. I have been in all day and no one has arrived to collect the kit, and I have received no emails or calls or messages to advise of any issues. I won't be working from home again now until next Tuesday. There's no option on the confirmation email to reply or any rebooking button to press. Do I just wait to hear something? Or request recycling box? I don't want to end up getting a penalty
