I have just signed up to virgin media for tv/phone/broadband
but when I try to register my account for my virgin media on line, it says account already registered to an incorrect email address. Im guessing the employee I spoke to inputted my email address incorrectly when I was signing up.
He’s basically put a dot in to my email address that shouldnt be there.

I have been able to make the changes to your account and you just need to confirm this by following the instructions on the email that has been sent to you on the correct email address that you confirmed in the PM.
