first time since been with virgin media .... not happy at all I missed a payment last month so after speaking to CS they gave me an extension to the day I can pay TODAY promised my services would not be suspended aslong as I paid on this day I assumed that would mean I'd have the whole day to pay it was I wrong in order for me to pay money I receive goes in one account and I transfer it to another to pay my bills to do this I require broadband to use on my phone .. I was so shocked to be awake at 12 at night last night and watch my services get suspended which left me completely helpless and unable to make the transactions I needed to pay my bill this is so unfair my money doesn't even clear in my bank till quarter past 2 in a morning I've had to ask a friend to send me the money to my bank account I pay out of in order to pay my bill to get my services back on so I can then go online and send my friend the money back when you said it won't go off till today I didn't think one minute after 12 you could have at least give me the day to pay and I wouldn't have had to go through the trauma I've had to and also swallow my pride and ask for money it's so uncalled for you say your here to help when your struggling well if that's the case HELP especially when your a loyal customer and pay your bills on time on this occasion unfortunatley due to no fault of my own my last payment wasn't made 36 pound come on virgin media DO BETTER !!

We're sorry to hear of the situation regarding the billing and payments.
If there is a restriction due on the account, we can advise when this will happen, but we are unable to change at what point on that day the service would be restricted.
You can speak with the collections team on 08000520360 about a promise to pay, which would schedule a payment on a specific date to avoid restriction.
So I can advise further regarding the account I've popped you over a private message.

They did give me a specific date to pay the 22nd but like I said I get paid at quarter past 2 in the morning and they suspended my services at one min past 12 they didn't say a time they just said that date they should say the end of the 22nd day to pay or till the day after you can pay so my services would have cut off
