I'm a new customer and I have just had an email saying thanks for making changes your new bill is £139 a month and your first bill will be £278!!!!!!!
The contract I signed for was only £79 per month!
I appreciate you have to pay extra on your first bill but whats going on with this monthly price increase!!!
Worst of all my logins won't work so can't even sign in or talk to anyone cause the call centres are now shut.

Not had any bills yet the box was only installed on Monday the 30th of March.
I have 3 contracts now on my account
Original contract 30th march £79
copy contract 30th march £79
updated contract 30th march £139!
Perhaps I should just cancel the direct debit for now till this get sorted and someone can be contacted?
