Was looking to upgrade my broadband, so first tried via the web site but order went missing, so contacted virgin media via the SMS bot.
In the chat I had on there I was offered an upgrade at a discounted rate, but have then received an email with a much higher monthly price for the upgrade.
How can I either cancel the upgrade (as I'm within my cooling off period) or get the package that was stated in the SMS conversation?
