Joined recently and have been put on the wrong package!

ive just joined Virgin Media recently and had my installation done yesterday, the package i was offered over the call was £29 for 3 months then £34 for the m100 plan with Anytime calls but instead my contract states its £29 for 12 months and instead i have Talk Weekends only. I have called up the exec that offered me the deal multiple times to try and get it fixed and everytime i call he ensures me it will be fixed yet its not. Is there anyone here that can help get this corrected?
