Joined recently and have been put on the wrong package!

Hi,

ive just joined Virgin Media recently and had my installation done yesterday, the package i was offered over the call was £29 for 3 months then £34 for the m100 plan with Anytime calls but instead my contract states its £29 for 12 months and instead i have Talk Weekends only. I have called up the exec that offered me the deal multiple times to try and get it fixed and everytime i call he ensures me it will be fixed yet its not. Is there anyone here that can help get this corrected?

You'll be lucky to get any reply from them - I have posted messages on here, on Facebook and Twitter and even sent a PM to the moderator - NOTHING!

I get that they are busy but they are not too busy to take our money.

The customer service is really awful, can't find help anywhere. It's ridiculous that I've been deceived.

This is a customer to customer support forum, not a Virgin primary support service.

Whilst there are VM staff on here it will take a while for them to respond but they can generally only deal with technical issues and not billing or package issue. 

You will need to call, 8am is best, or text the number given out many times in the forum.

text number - tried it

Facebook - tried it

email - tried it more than once

Twitter - tried it

PLUS I have seen messages on here from VM staff asking customers to DM them over billing issues so thought I would give it a try.
