Hi,
I joined virgin media volt2 package in September and still haven't received my JBL Xtreme 3 speaker. I received an email saying it had been dispatched and would take up to 72 hours to arrive and I still have had anything through the post, No tracking number. Reading through past posts I see this happens a lot and I am shocked to find no email address to email this problem to as I prefer email to phone calls for traceability purposes.
Any help tracking this gift would be appreciated.

Remember, if you are receiving a Virgin Media free gift of hardware or wine, it can take an additional 14 days for your gift to get to you once it has been dispatched. It is possible that the courier attempted to deliver it while you were not at home.
