astonishingly poor customer service - with all the people off work one would have thought that at least a customer call centre could easily be managed !!! but no - Im already looking at alternative providers
I had been waiting for customer services to respond to my messages - but after 4-5 hours I gave up.
I am presently reviewing my continuation with Virgin. Your service to date has been good - however the web site and total inability to physically speak to someone is deeply unsatisfactory. The FQA's fall well short of the scope of my enquiry which involves modifying my service requirements.
No I gave up after 20 minutes for the calling - this was actually via the chat/messaging service - which makes it worse !! because it means that someone allocated for these duties, even if working from home, are simply not there
