Ive been charged twice

Hello I made a manual payment for my Virgin media broadband but the direct debit has came out anyway and now I'm on an unarranged overdraft I'm hoping someone can help sort this out and get my money refunded please.

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.

Well, just trying to make sense of your post.

You haven't "been charged twice" - you've been charged once with a direct debit payment and you then made a manual payment.

I made a manual payment first so it's paid since some people don't have money to keep in the bank the direct debit came out today a week after I've already paid the bill mate.

If you have a DD setup there's no need to make a manual payment...

I'm asking for help. Not judgement. I Paid it manually cause I'm **bleep** skint ok. When a bill has been paid it's been paid. My bad I didn't realise technology isn't very advanced when it comes to taking peoples money.
