Is there actually anyone to speak to about billing?

So I have been charged over 50% more than my agreed contract for 2 months now and despite my efforts to contact someone, I just keep getting cut off. I tried calling to discuss this and the automated call only gives me the option to get a text with a link to pay or for me to pay online. I don't want to do either. The WhatsApp isn't viable on my phone as it's a work mobile. I want to find out why my services have gone from the agreed £98 per month to £157.50. Customer service for Virgin is disgusting. It was bad before but it's now even worse. Where have you magiced this amount from?
