I was due to get my services installed today between 1pm & 6pm, no sign of anyone so I logged into my virgin media to have a message pop up saying "Your not with Virgin Media anymore" havent had any emails or phone calls saying anything like this or to say that my engineer installation would be cancelled, can anyone help not sure what to do from here?
