Install has missed my house

Hi

Recently our town Bishop Auckland has been cabled by Virgin.  Our cul-de-sac has been cabled and our house is the only house that has not been left with a termination point in the ground.  One of the engineers spoke to my wife at the time of install and said they will stop the install at next door, but our property will be cabled from the other end of the street/cul-de-sac but it hasn't been.  They've stopped next door on the other side of our property.  On the online availability checker our house number is the only house that isn't in the list.

Is a Virgin Media rep able to help with my issue to find out why they didn't install an end point for our house?  We have just come out of contract with Plusnet to able to sign up to Virgin now

Hi Emily 

It didn't no. I think because I had many months left on my Plusnet contract the rep wasn't interested to proceed further, I could be wrong on that. I went to reply to him but it says not accepting private messages and has (retired) next to his username so presume he is no longer active on here.

Hi,

Private messages may have gone dead.  Not getting much reply, sent all the info requested.  Our Plusnet contract is up at the end of April but will increase in price unless we contract in again.  I would love to know if Virgin is able to supply us before then.
