Hi All, Is it possible to cancel my contract if the install hasn't been completed? I keep getting messages saying "We need to do some extra essential work outside your property before we can get your broadband installed."
I talked to customer services 5-6 times, they told me most recently all the work was done and my install of 29th December is iron clad. I just had another message saying its rescheduled again sale reason detailed above.
Sick of this rubbish now!

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.
I'm very sorry to hear about the delay with your install.
You can cancel your contract before installation.
To do this you would need to contact the pre install team via 0800 052 1734.
