Increase cost

I rang on 17th jan as my contract expired 19th and was given a 5£ discount but checked my bill and it has been increased over £8. Can someone explain why this has happened and when will I receive my discount from as I will otherwise need to cancel

Yes it’s now a rolling contract and I was given the £5 discount but obviously they’ve still increased it and over an hour waiting for soneine to answer the phone so resorted to this chat

If you login to your "my Virgin Media" online account, you should find a copy or your package & contract on there.

That will include your monthly bundle cost, and the dates that any discounts you had, expire.

If you want to cancel or otherwise discuss your package, I'd strongly recommend calling in.

 if it’s about your cable services, or 07533 016422 if you have a query about your mobile services. 
Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible.

Well I text the number and has a chat only to be told the system was down but they would leave the chat window open and to text back at 4pm and 5 and half hours later stil no response
