Incorrectly charged for paper bill- unnecessary fees and charging

Hi,

I've always been opted out of paper bills, and have always indicated on my communication preferences to receive online bills/ emails.

Recently I received my first paper bill and an unwelcome 1.75 charge which I would like refunded.
