Incorrect price on contract or am I misunderstanding?
I joined virgin media during the black friday sales, but my contract didn't officially start till 18th December. I purchased the 200mb package I believe it was 32.99, but on my contract it tells me my billing will be £50 per month. I thought this was fine as I know the first month payment is higher than usual. Hhowever, my next month payment is also showing £50 which i believe to be a mistake. Is there a way to tell if I made a mistake when purchasing the broadband or if this is a error on Virgin medias end and if it can be resolved.
