My first name on Virgin Media contract was set up incorrect, i amended it via my profile but is still show wrong on the Virgin Media contract and i'm getting email from Virgin Media with the wrong name.
Any quick way to change that?

Changing the name on your profile wouldn't amend the name on the account, we would need to do that for you here. In order to make these changes we'd also need to pass security and see proof of name.
