Incorrect information and first bill incorrect

Can someone help me, i have jut paid my first bill but see many wrong things on it, i had my virgin media installed on april 11th 2020 , yet my contract states that my contract started on 30/11/2019, how can this be.

Also i have been charged for telephone calls even though i have talk anytime.As well as this only one box was installed and i am supposed to be getting a credit until it is installed.

HI jqworle, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the account, the contract will usually start from the day of installation for new customers and when the upgrade happened for existing. We would ask that you contact the text messaging team on 07533 051 809 so that this can be looked into further. ^Chris
